Support through transitions, uncertainty, and everything in between
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space designed entirely for you — your experiences, your challenges, and your goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a transition, carrying grief, struggling with motivation, or simply sensing that something in your life needs attention, you don’t have to sort it out alone.
In our work together, you’ll find a steady, compassionate environment where you can speak openly, gain clarity, and build practical tools for lasting change. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about creating space to explore the questions.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, understood, and supported, take the first step and schedule a free consultation.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care
Gender Affirming Care
LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming therapy is a space where your identity is celebrated. My career has been rooted in serving the LGBTQIA+ community, shaping my commitment to providing affirming, culturally responsive care. Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating transition-related decisions, processing grief or discrimination, or simply wanting a space where you don’t have to explain who you are, you deserve support that feels safe and validating.
Together, we’ll create a compassionate environment where you can speak openly, build resilience, and move toward living more fully and confidently.
If you’re ready for affirming care that honors your lived experience, I would love to provide that experience for you.
my style
Therapy with me is real, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I work with individuals, couples, and youth (15+) who are navigating everything from relationship stress and identity exploration to life transitions, grief, anxiety, or just feeling stuck.
You don’t have to show up polished or “have it all together” — you just have to show up. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a direct but compassionate approach to our work, creating a space where you can be honest, challenged when needed, and fully supported along the way.
I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, blending culturally responsive CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT skills for emotional regulation, and somatic strategies to help you process stress and build resilience. Together, we’ll use the tools that fit your needs to support growth, healing, and a greater sense of balance in your life.
Whether we’re strengthening communication in your relationship or helping you feel more steady in your own life, we’ll move at a pace that feels thoughtful and sustainable.
Thoughtful therapy for meaningful change.

The first session, intake session is 60 minutes long where I ask some get to know you questions and ensure I am the right fit therapist for you. Then recurring sessions would be about 50 minutes long and as often as you feel comfortable with and I feel clinically appropriate.
The duration of services really depends on the person and what they are seeking out of therapy. Some clients take 3-9 months to achieve their goals, while others enjoy therapeutic development for years.
